ពួកយើងបានដាក់លិខិតតវ៉ាជាផ្លូវការទៅកាន់សភា និងព្រឹទ្ធសភាអាមេរិក ដើម្បីប្ដឹងប្រទេសថៃ ពីការដែលយោធាថៃបានប្រើប្រាស់សព្វាវុធអាមេរិក ឈ្លានពានប្រទេសកម្ពុជាដោយខុសច្បាប់ និងបង្កគ្រោះថ្នាក់ធ្ងន់ធ្ងរមកលើប្រជាជនខ្មែរ។

លិខិតនេះ បើទោះបីមិនអាចបញ្ឈប់សកម្មភាពរបស់យោធាថៃភ្លាមៗបាន ប៉ុន្តែវាជាសំឡេងរបស់ពួកយើងទៅកាន់អន្តរជាតិ ឲ្យបានដឹងពីការឈ្លានពានដោយខុសច្បាប់របស់ថៃ មកលើប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មរបស់ពួកគេមកលើប្រជាជនខ្មែរ។

កម្ពុជាជាប្រទេសតូច ប៉ុន្តែកិត្តិយស និងសេចក្ដីថ្លៃថ្នូររបស់ជាតិយើងធំធេងណាស់។ យើងទាំងអស់គ្នាមានកាតព្វកិច្ចចូលរួមការពារមាតុភូមិយើង ទៅតាមលទ្ធភាព និងសមត្ថភាពរៀងៗខ្លួន ដើម្បីឲ្យជនរួមជាតិ និងកូនចៅជំនាន់ក្រោយរបស់ពួកយើង អាចរស់នៅប្រកបដោយសេចក្តីសុខ សន្តិភាព និងមោទនភាពជាតិ។

Everyone,

We have submitted a formal letter of protest to the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate regarding Thailand’s unlawful use of U.S.-origin weapons in its recent incursion into Cambodian territory, resulting in serious harm to innocent Cambodian civilians.

While this action may not immediately halt Thai military operations, it serves as a critical step in notifying the international community of Thailand’s violations of Cambodian sovereignty and the grave consequences borne by our people. It also reinforces Cambodia’s position in ongoing diplomatic and legal efforts.

Cambodia is a small nation, yet the honor and dignity of our people are profound. We each bear a responsibility to contribute, according to our respective abilities, to the defense of our homeland, so that our fellow citizens and future generations may live in peace, stability, and enduring national pride.
